Went to visit the near by neighbor and was getting bored sitting idle, just went to look what the kids are busy doing, saw the boys playing with cars and the girls playing the play dough, right away something clicked in my mind, as they were not using the dough fully i thought why not make alphabets with them, Mashallah the kids made all the dots for the Arabic alphabets and remaining i completed. Alhumdillulah i dint even notice the time and the kids enjoyed the craft.
Everyone got the chance to read the letters loud, kind of revision while playing. I ensured the play was something enjoyable and something obtainable.
Pictures were not taken shall make them again and update the column soon inshallah.

Certifing your child for Quran
When a child completes learning the surah you can award them with a certificate, what a great idea for a homeschooling parent. I found this file which is so wonderful, it is a great job, and the child will be so happy to receive something which she can treasure.
This can be used by any one not only homeschooling parent but even possibly a school too.
I have taken this from after googling from the following website, Jazakallah khair for it.

Bookshelf.
I have everything all over, my daughters papers all her coloring and her books all over in the room, no place for her to organize, im fed up of cleaning it all the time but finally, something stuck in my mind and i came up with this.
Inside there are two racks for her to keep the books and crayons and markers.
On the other side there is a pen and pencil stand for her to keep her pencils and highlighters.
To the other side i have a box hooked to it where in all her coloring pages can be kept instead of messing it again along with her books.
I just had to use a carton(box) for making the main place for her keep the books inside, used a hook to ensure to close the box when she is finished taking her stuff.
For the papers i used a cereal box cut the mouth of it and stacked the papers and a ruler in it.
On to the other side i took a box covered with a doll in abaya for the pen and pencil stand to look good instead of sober.
Even used the foil to cover the whole box, instead if she writes on the box using markers i can wipe off, if i used paper i know it would look so messy.
Thats up-to you, you can use many things in covering the box and to make it look splashy.
And Alhumdillulah this project took for me 3 hours to complete, but still i know you can finish it faster than me.
I had to do this project because we don' t stay at one place keep moving, so me instead of shelling out so much of money in buying a rack for her and throwing while i leave in few months, that will be shear waste.
So Alhumdillulah i got this project on recycled crafts on Google. It is working wonders for me Mashallah.

Family chart.
The finally awaited family chart is done, this was something being done since so many days but couldn't get the time to finish it off, But finally its done.
We thought of making a doll house first using the pictures, but later when the doll house was not successful we thought of making a family chart finally which as fruitful.
Making the dolls was borrowed from one of the websites on Google after vigorous search. And the chart was our idea as doll house dint work out. We made the figure using a yellow poster and the clothes and other accessories are with paper. We used markers and crayons to color the clothes and scarf's. just had to draw the scarf design and color it and cut it along and stick it to the poster. that simple. My daughter was waiting for this to be completed and we did it...
She enjoyed holding all the dolls, and coloring them was so much fun. after we finished making the dolls, she tells me where is the purse? Ohhhh... i forgot that so then we finally attached the purse to the dolls.
I know you might be thinking that why there is no face, as we dont draw faces avoided it.
And then i took a foam sheet sticked aluminium foil to it and used the scrapbook accessories to it.
and sticked the dolls one after the other according to My family chart starting with grandparents and later goes off....
Inshallah the photos shall follow.
Here are the photos: i have added my family members.
